Support additional two modes in managed id: NO: Never create an internal managed id, and also never try to unmarshall the property NO_STORE: If none of the meta-data mappings for a property are stored, don't create an internal managed id and don't try to unmarshall it. If there is at least one that is stored, act as if it is AUTO.
